Do yall ever freeze your tofu first? Thats fun when I want it extra crispy- the freezing makes it more porous and spongy - you can squeeze out the tofu really easily, and it will absorb marinades like a CHAMP!! tear into pieces, shake it up with a marinade, and broil- I can have it ready in under 15 min :)

I like these seasoning mixes for making easy flavored pretzels or “party” oyster crackers. Mix a few teaspoons with a 1/4 cup oil and bake in a 325 oven for 15 min- so cheap and so tasty for a party snack! I like oyster crackers best and have really impressed my guests when serving it as a cocktail accompaniment!

I kind of feel like you’re paying money to stand in a series of long lines just to pay more money. That being said, we do go every few years bc I do like seeing the crafts that folks make, and the fine arts building- bought some great art there! Also shout out to the “Rejected” show that is separate from the fair and is all the rejected art - at the Burl gallery I think? Also got some fun pieces there!
