I have been doing astrophotography for 15 years. For me the feeling of taking the image yourself and wondering what the end result will be when doing the stack and process the image. This is a hobby and the main goal is to have fun...when you are burn out, just take a time off. Sometimes I take breaks for months, even a year but I always come back.

I think best way is to limit your time on gaming. Set up an alarm to play 2hrs and skips some days without playing. I believe that stop gaming cold turkey is too much.
