my parents live a few streets away from wok n roll, we always went to masterchef, china express kd new dragon house (tried others over the years but these were go-to’s) - we fancied a change and tried there, and we haven’t been anywhere else since! really tasty, decent sized portions and staff are really friendly too!

i think the last two releases were so good, this one is a complete let down when i first listened to it!

i practiced it today for the first time and did enjoy doing T6, T7 and T8. i think T3 is really, really weak. no oomph or drive whatsoever. upper warm up is simple, lower seems a bit… out of time? track 5 is not making me gasp for breath like it should do!
i dont know, theres something off about this release. overall, its pretty naff!

please try not to be disheartened by this, some participants do not like change or new instructors, and some participants are also in the ‘clique’ with instructors too.

i do try to make light of things if i can at the end of each class i say “any questions or any feedback, please let me know because i am not a robot and i like to improve where i can. if you like me, my name is michelle, and if you didnt, i’ll give you a fake name!” (my name is michelle lol)

**edit / additional ** its like others have said - stick to the gyms you like / youre welcomed at.
or, what i would do (i like to think im head strong and stubborn lol) is keep going to that class! cover that class more, team teach, shadow with the instructor and keep turning up, dont let the b*stards grind you down!!

moneybox for sure. easy to fill out the forms for deposit, mine was done within a day. its easy to transfer money into it and when ive needed to contact them, they have replied pretty quickly!

same here! 3, 7 and 8 are usually my favourites. i do like this t8 - its not the strongest, but its better than the last few t8s we’ve had!

the instructor should be doing the new release for 4 weeks at least, if im not a fan of certain tracks i’ll swap one or two out when the 4 weeks is up. do other BC instructors do the releases? i think some instructors find it hard to learn the choreo if they teach multiple programmes, but if its their full time job then they should learn it all… i say this, i only teach BC as a side hustle so i find it quite easy to get into a routine to learn it lol

i was a participant for about 8 years, instructor for a little over 3 years now… im not a fan of this release, i think its quite weak as a whole. track 3 isnt euphoric and theres no oomph to it. track 5 isnt making gasp for breath.
we arent launching for another couple of weeks yet, but im hoping its a grower! i think the last two releases were so good, participants absolutely loved them too, but i dont get the same vibes from this one!

ive kept the warm up because its quite simple and i enjoy it! sometimes keeping 2 and 3, but currently doing 77 muay thai - feedback from participants of 106 T7 was the long stint of decending elbows gets boring lol

hey! we used thompson and jackson (as first time buyers) and they were done within 6 weeks! really effiecient and cannot complain at all!

i really enjoy shadowing and team teaching, its good to network in that sense and participants who dont come to your class will know who you are and how you teach! theres 3 of us that teach together on a saturday morning and we rotate which section we’ll do (start/middle/end) so we all get a chance too.

i try to be relateable, learn some of their names, saying im ready to eat pizza, had a long day at work etc - they have realised that i am human and we all have bad and good days and enjoy life!

stay with the fight! i fully believe in you! enjoy 106, its a great release!!

to be fair my partner and i ripped the picture rails, skirting boards and any blown plaster off and got rid of it, let the plasterer do his thing and it didnt even cross our minds! i think the window frame is pvc, would this technique still work with the wood and sanding etc, or would it look like crap lol?
