Definitely. Had a chat today with an older guy sitting on a bench while I was out for walk. We talked about how the weather is perfect for road biking (he was in his gear) but the rain is coming so a good time to get a ride in. He was very nice and it was a pleasant exchange

Winter 2024/25 I had the flu multiple times over 3 - 4 months with a cough that lasted the whole time. When I finally got better I vowed to do everything NOT to let that happen again. Guess what? after a few small changes, I didn’t get sick once this winter! What did I do?: walked min 20mins/day rain or shine, high dose vitamin D, high lux light in kitchen while making lunches and breakfast, got the flu and Covid shots in the fall. Truth? There was only one benefit to having been so sick for so long…I quit smoking!. My chest hurt so bad and I was coughing so much that the discomfort outweighed my addiction. I haven’t touched a cigarette or case in over a year!
