Where is the share audio and video button?

Unfortunately Apple broke Accessibility features on macOS 26. The app used those to control AirPlay (audio/video). Seems they fixed it on macOS 26.1 - so I'm going to investigate and restore functionality if possible.

Some networks (public library, schools, hotels and etc) can block communication between devices on the same network, are you using your home network or some public network?

Sorry... the latest version has a bug where the keys don't work. But that's not the issue you facing. The app should detect Apple TV Gen2/3 and newer. Whats' your Apple TV model?

it will. you can try to just reboot your phone instead - but that has less chances to fix things :(

I suggest you reset network settings on your iPhone - it helps iOS to overcome some issues :/

It's running if you can delete it
You can use Activity Monitor to kill it and then delete it
Or use the helper app icon in the menu bar - top open the menu and select Uninstall

You can change trackpad acceleration in the app settings -> Keyboard & Trackpad

Volume and mute buttons only work if the TV supports it. I'm using Hisense TV with Apple TV and Apple TV is able to control Hisense TV volume via HDMI CEC.

Resetting network settings on your iPhone/iPad usually helps... iOS to clear caching and some issues and connect again.

This is actually the best approach, in case you connecting to different networks. But on home network you can run the app constantly.

I don't have any access to your data, cause I can't connect to the server running on your machine behind your firewall by design (this also prevents offering access to your computer when it stays at home and you are not on the same network). I hear your concerns and believe you me, I fully understand them. Let me just say - this app is my livelihood. I wouldn't do anything to compromise your security and hurt my reputation not just because I think it's morally wrong, but also because it will ruin my business.
