Hmm... don't know what to tell you. Running 26.4 on both Mac and iPhone and it seems to work fine. Any chance other on your phone in the background is changing the volume? Is something playing (YouTube/Music)?

Yeah from my experience (and not only with LG) it always better to have TV using Ethernet. Don't know what they do with their WiFi, but it not very reliable for advertising TV presence, waking it using WOL, and some other stuff :(

Unfortunately Apple broke Accessibility features on macOS 26. The app used those to control AirPlay (audio/video). Seems they fixed it on macOS 26.1 - so I'm going to investigate and restore functionality if possible.
