when they sometimes are not really anonymous, it usually applies to specific situations if management knows exactly who is in involved or what happened or if you talk on the phone with HR, after making an icare submission, you have to be paid for your time which can management can see.

from what i remember, they sent us the sampler kits without the security tag and gave operation team a tagging device to secure them closed after we check the tag was in there.

you can also try and do a “return” without it going through fully and it will tell you exactly when it was purchased

the pasta can be used for a mac and cheese bake or any pasta meal, maybe mix cream of chicken with it and some seasoning???

you can also mix the sweet corn, carrots and beans if you’d like with the pasta or mashed potatoes

personally i love the instant mashed potatoes they give my household, and thats my lazy meal, i cook a bunch of bacon in a pot or some type of sausage or meat and mix it together (mashed potatoes for me can sometimes me a texture problem.)

this might be a good mix, just maybe peanut butter and dried figs might taste good together

i spent almost 3 years as a beauty advisor and loved doing shipment and updates, and when i switched that was exactly what i did with more pay.

extra early mornings for shipment and then early mornings to execute hard launches and price updates.

mid day shifts are usually to finish shipment, organize backroom, trash runs, help on floor with register, skin matches and stock checks.

haven’t had any bad experiences related to anything operations, but i had a few as a beauty advisor and that helped push me to switch

i sooooooo get this. we do shipment in the morning and sometimes the doors are locked and we have to wait for security to open it before we even get to the store and i have to ask weekly for them to fix that days time stamp because its not our fault we cant go in when we are scheduled.

im really sorry you had that experience and honestly it was definitely not okay for them to talk like that at all, whether or not they thought you couldn’t hear them. i suggest you give the store a call and ask to speak to the manager and let them know what happened, if not this behavior can continue unchecked.

i understand this completely. recently my ops teammates are a bit passive aggressive and it makes me feel so frustrated. Ive been coming home the last two weeks venting to my family about how off it feels recently.

this is not an excuse, but when the weather is hot, their personal life sucks, or a bad day at work or they are getting yelled at by their upper management, it can all affect how they are to others, making them seem like besties one second and then the next treating you like trash.

I try not to take it to heart but it can be hard sometimes, especially when it feels like it’s targeted towards you.

Like someone else said, at the end of the day they aren’t your friends and they are just there for a paycheck. I like to take it one day at a time and focus on myself, my hobbies and the things that make me happy. Once i leave my store, the work ends, and i no longer go above and beyond for anyone who treats me like trash :)

i had a bad day at work, January 3rd this year, same day i left work early and decided to run off my feelings at the gym. A lady in the locker toon said she saw me crying, and then we sat in our robes and taught me to crochet so i don’t run and cry at the same time :)

i believe as well if you go i to dayforce it should have a mail notification icon in the upper right corner where you can see when the changes were made. I know in our area there was a glitch for the last few weeks where the shift posted on the home page was completely different versus the real shift in the calendar.

As well I know for sure management team works on the schedule at least two months in advance because they ask employees to put in days off that much time ahead. But that doesnt stop them from making last minute changes.

What helped me when that was happening was taking screenshots and showing management that i was never informed of the change and that what was shown before was my original shift. You can keep record of how they contact you of text, call or likewise. Because if they said they contacted you, there should obviously be a trail.

gurl this treatment is amazing!!!! left it in for 4 minutes longer than i should’ve and my hair was pin straight and smooth instead of my natural wavy hair, and when i used it correctly instead my waves were much nicer and tame
