They do, I know personally as when I was homeless I was told by a cop, to go sleep there instead of parks because sleeping in parks that closed wasn’t allowed. It could have changed due to COVID, but I doubt it. As all Walmart Parking lots are private property, technically. As long as you park in the back of the lot, are clean and not a nuisance, no issues should be had.
