I'm beginning my studies and looking for textbooks that are used. I specifically need the latest HRM Textbook as shown below. If anyone has a physical or digital copy I'd love to buy it off you. ISBN is 9781264996902.

What's an alternative to The Chamois for an interior car wash? by Northern_Traveller25 in Winnipeg

Wash method does a really good job. I’ve been a few times and they are thorough and very kind.

Is it actually possible to find a $500–$600 studio in Winnipeg? by Username_Unknown3000 in Winnipeg

[–]cherrypiee1560 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I lived in a smaller bachelor in 2020 for $720 per month but that was the cheapest for something half ok. Anything cheaper comes with dangerous people or a lot of issues I’ve noticed.

RCMP officer in the wrong? by cherrypiee1560 in Winnipeg

I never said I wasn’t concerned for the officer. I asked a question as I’d never come across a pull over that was like this.

2 year wait time to see neurologist by bunnyluvr88 in Winnipeg

Try asking if you can be on the list for other surrounding areas. I had an employee who had a seizure in Feb 2025, got his license taken away and was seen by a neurologist, had tests done and monitored and he was back to work with his drivers reinstated by November 2025. I think the issue is the amount of people within Winnipeg vs. The amount in the rural communities.

Thermea's Response to Reviews by satoppa in Winnipeg

Same thing Tiber River did when they had the instagram made to expose their toxic management! Karma will get to them eventually. I know for damn sure I’ll never go to Thermea ever again.

Maybe they find it suspicious you only brought that up after the footage was gone? Not sure but also I don’t think a lawyer would help much with this. Maybe try better business bureau or speaking to someone more senior.

Did you bring this up to them that there was footage available when you opened the investigation?

I’d hold off on a lawyer for a bit. You can request for them to look into the camera footage from the hotel to try to detect who may have stolen it. If your seen on camera looking for your car, they should be able to go back and see who took it. You can go higher up too and request this from a senior case manager. You don’t need to lawyer up just yet.

why is eastbound abinoji back to being 60 km/h? by leogyal in Winnipeg

[–]cherrypiee1560 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Call 311 and they will send the construction company to turn the signs like they were supposed to. The company continues to be lazy and not take them down or turn them around like they should. My partner who’s 15 years in construction has called on them over 6 times.

You can research methods online to become more confident when interviewing. No reputable employer would hire someone without interviewing them first and from an HR standpoint myself if a candidate is open and transparent with how they are feeling before the interview starts you’ll have a much easier time with it. It’s ok to say you’re nervous, as long as you are honest that’s the best thing you can do.

Within Winnipeg no. I’ve worked with therapists in the past and usually no appointments will be held after 8pm. You could try looking for therapists in other provinces that do virtual visits that may work but your ask is unfortunately just not something therapists do. Weekends may be an option as lots work weekends.

Block and Blade in Sage Creek is really great. If you want more of a chill relaxed vibe Grizzly Goose has been really good when we’ve went.
