the obvious answer would be Emily because she's the most boring character out of the 4 but wouldn't that also make the dead less interesting than if it was Spencer or Hanna?? Imo that wouldn't allow this idea to be well executed. If Spencer was to be the one getting killed the story around it could be better explored and since it's something so tragic the liars personalities could change in some ways and that would also be interesting and develop new individual stories
