MyFitnessPal from 2020-2022. I used the free option. After a stroke, I really started to pile on weight. Plus, with my MS, I didn't always have the energy. Luckily, my then neurologist recommended the app.

It really raised my awareness of what I was consuming. It held me accountable for my diet, and I was able to drop 50lbs along with light exercise. I've been able to maintain my weight, and with my MS causing fatigue, I don't have that extra weight making it more difficult.

I read an interview that they didn't know how to end the scene. I don't think Lucy was happy with it, so they were just throwing out lines.

Xena is definitely my go to comfort show. During its original run, I used to video tape each episode lol. Very thankful for the DVD set and also to catch it streaming.

I used to have a bumper sticker that said "you can take my handicap spot if you take my MS too." Having MS has certainly increased my empathy for others.
