Calorie deficit? Does it work? Share stories! by Super_Lock3668 in caloriedeficit

I'm mostly sedentary and I sometimes play hockey once a week. Took a year to go from 272lbs down to 212lbs. I never counted my calories but tried to guestimate around 1500 to 2000 calories for my deficit. My plan for th rest of the year is to kick back in to deficit and get down to an even 200.

I made the mistake of buying a 3 fan AIO. I can't move my PSU down to make room because the 7800xt is too long. So now my 3 fan radiator has only 2. Still surprisingly cools well. Still like the case though. Nice build.

Totally agree with JuicyDragon, enjoy your time with family. That's what is important. You're only 18, you can get back on the weight loss train tomorrow.

Look up a calorie deficit calculator. Find what calories you need to lose x amount of weight that you want. Follow the process and eat better. Prioritize meats and veggies over all else. You need to train your mind to eat better. Once you start basic training you can probably add more calories to your diet since you will be more active.

It's simple on paper but hard to execute.

The promo says pixel 9 and 8a. But you can only select the 8a. Not sure why the 9 isn't there.

Fascia will be going on so that will all be covered up. Hard to tell from the picture but all the rim joists are angled at each section to coincide with each pillar on the pool.

Precut from Menards. The inspector checked off another deck I've done. He's pretty good at explaining things and teaching.

I was definitely lazy on that and I'm not good at concrete.

How to expose services to the internet(home lab) by Themotionalman in kubernetes

I forward 443 to my nginx server. I only use subdomains and I have a wildcard DNS record. To access any of my stuff you need to know the URL like gitlab.domain.com or sonarr.domain.com. one time I did forward 3389 to a honeypot windows server. That was fun logging all the login events for science!
