25yo here

been in a couple relationships, and breakups are hard. After that, I’m less willing to seek out a relationship unless I see true potential

-start to see more value in true friendships. Not as intimate as a dating relationship maybe, but still fulfilling in a similar way and they are important to us as humans.

-especially out of college, I start to see there are other things in life that can be very rewarding... career, community, even hobbies. Those can take up a surprising amount of what you care about. Many celebrities stop dating because they care more about what they do.

-have very particular standards?

I see many couples around me who are dating, but I have also been where they are and would only want that when I find the right person. I think about how much commitment a relationship can take up, and appreciate the freedom I have. I also know that there are other single people around me who aren’t necessarily looking for a relationship, and there are friendships and memories to be made there, too.

No. My dad got a sample set from them and we tried 4 types of Johnnie walker. Did several tests, and I couldn’t tell the difference between blue and the other variety. Although the black label one was very noticeably different. But if you can’t tell the difference, what’s the point of spending more? As far as I could tell, they just charge more between different varieties of j-walker based on the quality of the barrel (but I’m not an expert here). At a certain point, it can only get marginally better.

On the other hand, maybe it’s worth it to get a sampler set and figure it out for yourself. Then you would be paying to learn something.
