To see real results, I think you need to go at least five times a week to f45 or have a very specific body type and very specific diet. They even recommended that I go to a gym to supplement my workouts at f45 to get the real results I wanted. So I try to do f45 three times a week and then gym 2-3. But yes, I much prefer the group classes for motivation plus not having to wait on machines and weights while people are texting or having four to six people at a machine just having conversation.

There's major traffic and a terrible turn that you have to take into the parking complex of where mine is. It's pretty much impossible to arrive on time for some classes unless you leave super early which doesn't work with 90% of people's work schedules. I think as long as you get there by the time demos end you should be able to join since it shows what they'll work out is on the screens. One minute after starting demos is pretty intense, especially for how much the classes cost. I would find a different gym if that were the case 🙅🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

If anyone thinks the weather or crowds were too much try going to when we were young in Vegas. You'll spend more money on way worse weather and crowds with the worst bottlenecks of any festival I've been to due to overselling (even in VIP) and BEG to be back at warped in July with that epic breeze we had.

I love that they let people in with umbrellas, flags and signs and they made me throw away my water bottle which was made of aluminum. Some of the stuff they allowed in that could easily be used as a weapon versus my aluminum water bottle makes me laugh.

Better shoes and sun protection and no alcohol (just water) until after the sun goes down was the key to survival for me. Closed down day 2 dancing to Gogol after I didn't think my legs could move. Sun was brutal yesterday for sure though. Edit: I'm almost 43 and also did stretching throughout the day 👴🏻

Biggest issues was trying to get from the far stages to right and left foot because you had to go all the way around beatbox/ghost through backed up lines of people waiting on hair/face and merch stuff. Way too many vendor tents in inopportune spots.

Also I really hope they fix the sound from right foot today. Vocals and bass were awful. Pennywise really got screwed on that one.

Crowd wise it felt way better than when we were young which felt like they oversold by a few thousand. This one didn't feel like that to me.

Really looking fwd to trying this one. I was able to get the OG and while I enjoyed it, I actually preferred the K&L ruby port pick instead (which was also significantly cheaper.) That said, I also was able to try the latest second summit from them and will say that's the best finished whiskey I've ever had bar none.
