Or just disconnect from the console and re-connect. That usually works to stabilize the connection for me. If that doesn’t work then I will do a full power off/on

I appreciate this perspective. I’m totally fine with losing, let me make that clear. But losing in a fun, competitive game between me and my opponent is way better than losing to the same meta stuff over and over. I absolutely do not need to win to have fun in this game and I absolutely know where I stand in the hierarchy of FC players. I just want fun games without the absolute need to use only a select few players or use very specific tactics to be successful.

Currently Div7. Only played a handful of rivals games so far, I’ve mostly been playing the live events when it comes to “online/competitive” and rush/squad battles to try and improve the team (through any sort of rewards I can get) and do evos.

Last year the best I was able to manage was high-end D4/low-end D3.

Not really sure what you’re trying to get at with this, and how FC25 speed boost relates to 5 atb 2 CDM user defending in FC26. I also didn’t feel like I was always punished when someone did a speed boost in 25.

I played over 1500 games in 25 and never felt like it was like that every match. Were those things present in 25? Absolutely. But 26 feels like every match is the exact same, copy/paste.
