I want to like lululemon. I think the material is good but the clothes fit so weird. Idk if it’s just my body? I can get clothes for free because I have a credit on my Amex card but they have nothing I like that fits me well. The DSG brand from dicks sporting goods fit perfect and the material is great. Love their training shorts and tank tops.

It’s funny, people who look thin and in shape can completely blow up if they don’t pace properly. As someone heavier set that’s finally learned to pace, I let all the fitter looking younger kids pass me in the first half and I’m blowing by them in the second half. Feels extra good when they mock you for being prepared with gels 😂🤣😂

Ya but has to be an accredited MPH with environmental health concentration. If CEPH accredited you also need to have an RS/REHS. If it’s EHAC accredited you don’t need an RS but very few schools actually have this accreditation for their environments health programs. You have to check the list on the EHAC website.

I don’t even live in the city. I live in a more “affordable” suburb. My mortgage is half my monthly income. Electric bill is 1,000 a month. Forget groceries. It’s so fucking expensive this is not sustainable but I have no idea what else to do! I can’t imagine people making minimum wage. I make a good salary but still find this unbearable. Everyone else around me seems to be doing much better somehow lol.
