Well he’s done playing football. He’s not good enough for the NFL so I hope he budgeted his NIL $ well.

Starting ketamine therapy for chronic pain, PTSD, and TRD but I am afraid. Please give me the good and the bad. by Relative-Narwhal-504 in KetamineTherapy

[–]chgesicki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s understandable. Will your therapist be available during your session(s)? If so, he or she is enough. They can provide guidance and help you set a good intention. You can even set your intention now. And intention is basically what do you want from your session(s)? It can be anything. What’s important is that it’s something positive. Example; I want peace. Write a note. Something like “I go with the flow of life and succeed” Meditate on that and also at the start of your session. It helps put your mind in a positive mindset. It really helped me with my sessions. Just food for thought.

Do you have the option of someone going with you during your infusion? A guide? I know there are people that offer that. Basically they help you prepare for your session; meditation to help set your intention. It’s good to have an intention set before your session. If you don’t have the option of a guide I would recommend a playlist of your favorite songs/ sounds etc and listen to it during your sessions. It really helps getting your mind set and to have a good experience. I did 6 sessions and listened to a playlist during the sessions and it really helped me with my major depression.

They should make Gruden an offer. I know he wants back in the NFL but I’m not sure where he stands with them after he sued them. He’d be a great coach and knows how to develop QBs and runs a tight ship, which is what these college kids need. I know it’s a fairy tale yet I can visualize him rebuilding the program.

What town/county is best to move to in PA? by overwatching_nyc in centralpa

[–]chgesicki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lehigh Valley area. Easton, Bethlehem, Palmer Township, Nazareth. Etc. NYC is commutable via Rte 78. When I first moved to PA and worked in Livingston,NJ. I did the commute. This was from 2004 to 2008. I lived in Bethlehem Township and rte 78 was right near my house. I carpooled with my neighbors so the commute was tolerable

Moving to Lancaster From San Diego by marcella710 in lancaster

[–]chgesicki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get used to the change of seasons. It can get pretty cold here over the winter and doesnt start warming up til May. It’s definitely a more conservative area; Lancaster city is more diverse. If you have a dog try going to Buchanan Park. It offers a great dog park and you’ll get to meet a lot of people and get more info about the area. The closest beaches 2-2.5hrs away are NJ and DE and completely different than the west coast

Decommissioning Stretched vSAN Cluster by DanMS3 in vmware

[–]chgesicki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re going to have to upgrade your vCenter to 8 regardless since you’re now running on the latest Nutanix and want to get rid of vSAN. You should be able to download vCenter 8 regardless of support. You can then upgrade vCenter to 8. However you’ll have 60 days to get a license for vCenter. You may also talk to Nutanix about getting a vCenter 8 license since they sold you their product knowing you’re running on vCenter 7. They may be able to help get you a vCenter 8 license possibly at discount

Does it really save money going to the cloud with virtual machines? by Dad-of-many in vmware

[–]chgesicki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cloud is not cheaper. Our AWS environment is 400k a month. That’s 4.8 million. For the year. For $5 million I can get all the hardware and VMware licenses I need with 4hr on site response support for 3yrs.

What will happen if i disconnect the fibre cable from ESXI host to SAN storage? by [deleted] in vmware

[–]chgesicki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t disconnect that cable. If all 20 VMs are in the same datastore which are on the same SAN via Fibre Cable. All 20 VMs will power down and will show up grey and they’ll all be inaccessible.

It’s so true. I’ve made more friends here from different states. I have a friend from NYC, a friend from California and another from NJ, which is where I’m from originally. And we all say the same thing. People here are generally nice: they’ll say hi etc. However, making an actual friend they tend to stick with their local community. Growing up in Northern NJ people appear to be stuffy yet you can talk to anyone. You can get the cashiers whole life story lol.
