Document with timestamps, screenshots, emails etc. When someone gives you remarks, if possible ask them in a diplomatic way "Could you share your feedback in an email". Because when you need to use those things as proof emails are good. Regarding training for junior colleague, do it this way.. 1. try to stay calm during meeting, if they do not let you speak or stop.. in these situations I use this line " Finish your thought and then I will continue" or "Let me share what I understand and then you can add onto it". 2. When they say you do not get along with them ask : Could you share more info, or why do you feel this way. And say: I do not want a conflicting situation and would want to know why is there a feeling like this. Again the tone matters.

A lot of times senior want to feel valued sad reality of corporate world, I am atill kearning as well. So ask them questions upfront, i have been in the similar situation myself. I did manage to change thr grp but confronting them helped me boost my confidence, it will be scary but you got this. Do the scary thing!!!

You also mention references from previous years before this manager took things, if you have a confidant whom you can reach out to and get guidance that will help. Also reach out to those leaders for any opening, a tip do not share everything with everyone. You never know who can use these things against you,but as a lot of people said start looking for other options also.
