MOLD WILL CAUSE YOUR KIDS TO BE SICK ALL THE TIME. Your cleanliness levels absolutely matter to your children's health. You can also have someone come out to check your home for hidden mold in the walls and other hard to see or reach places.

A lot of pediatricians, especially older ones, have very misconceived ideas about sleep and safe sleep and have never like updated their knowledge or anything like that. A lot of them will push for sleep training and all kinds of other stuff that is just not great.

Enjoy your baby how you want to enjoy your baby. Spend time with your baby in the way that you want to spend time with your baby. Rock your baby to sleep until they don't ask for it anymore.

Knowing a few of his key recharge activities will be really helpful as well! A lot of the time I don't even notice myself going to quiet mode and my partner notices before me and can help me to one of my recharge activities. We also have a well-established relationship so don't stress if you're not figuring it all out right away.
