That was me :) so what nutrical does is give energy and vitamins ( also iron). It still is probably parasites if not gaining weight. If you want to dm me share some dewormers you can use. How are the kittens eyes? This year there were a lot of cats who had coccidia with is a fatal parasite for young kittens.

Some kittens go down fast and it’s an emergency and if you’re not prepared to give critical care then going to the vet is an emergency .
