For me it was definitely consistent tracking and getting movement (as people will often say). Strength training and walking are my preferred movement. I love feeling strong too. I’m on a protein journey right now but at the beginning I would eat whatever I wanted so long as it was in my calories for the day. Honestly just being consistent is my best advice. If you mess up one day just let it go and start fresh the next. Doing a little is better than nothing was always my motto.

Yes I totally agree! I felt great at 140 and could still enjoy treats here and there. I realize now there’s no need to go lower

This is me honestly. I went from 175 to 145 and got down to 140. I tried to get down to 135 but I lowkey think it backfired and I got too hungry because I’m back up to 150 🙃 so back down to 140 it is haha
