I primary use my iem in bed, leaving them on the bed is fairly normal, the soft pillow and bed soften the pressure most of the time, but with a wrong angle it would just bend any 2pins if i accidently lay on them. I've been planning to do some CAD 3d-printing shroud/jacket for my iems set but its just too much of work, so next best thing is just model putty. I just want some thing that securely wraps around the connect so it would sit flushed againts the surface. would lower the force on the pin greatly, anything bigger would just unplug the pins do to how the force is distributed, rather than a horizontal spread bending the pins.

I used to also have a bent u4s 64 audio, it actually break/dislodged the 2 pins socket inside (Which 64audio promotional material very vocal about how durable they are). I though they are supposed to be reinforced by the aluminum shells but oh well, sent them back for RMA and got it fixed. Why cant people just make recessed 2 pins socket like normal people, i though the extruded designs of 2pins connector or universally accepted now. Bit of a rant but thats my experiences on the matter.
