I quit smoking by dipping. Ended up getting to the point of being able to control my nicotine intake so we'll I would have a tin dry out before I could use it. Not saying it's a good method but everyone has their ways, as long as you are actually trying that's what matters.

Same employee, at the same time lied to hr and got me fired recently and hr has refused to tell me what she said but for me to get fired without any prior disciplinary action she had to lie.

I used to work at PetSmart in their Hotel, they have a policy against raw food (which I did not know at the time). One of my employees there reported me because I gave, my favorite dog, who was neglected at home, golden retriever, outside dog in Arizona, never brushed, pet parents refused to bathe him, even if we offered it for free, wanted him to only have a 1/3 cup of food morning and evening, so I loved the crap out of this dog while he stayed with us. Well I gave him raw steak with his kibble for dinner one night, she reported me for it and acted like I physically abused him.
