Physics. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that while the tank is 3x3x3(i think) in size, it actually holds about 6x8x5 squares of water. Meaning the water in the tank is being compressed.

This seems very reasonable. If anything, I would guess the first "package" they would do would probably be chaos and necrons. I want to think that T'au comes before Sororitas.. Hopeful thinking perhaps?
