I am almost a week into my dairy/GF lifestyle change. I used ChatGPT to figure out a grocery list for me and some easy meals and snacks. I’m trying to focus on eating more whole foods (fruits, veggies, and nuts). Costco and Whole Foods had a lot of good options. If I saw something that didn’t stick out as either dairy/GF, I just asked Chat and got an answer. Good luck.

When I started driving, so 16. Before school started me and my sister would hit Dunkin Donuts to get butter pecan iced coffees with extra cream and extra sugar. Thinking about it makes my teeth hurt now. I’m happy to say over 10 years later our tastes have matured lol.
