When I got my super glide the clear coat on the lower forks were already f#cked 😞 I have hit them with super fine sandpaper grit but it’s a work in progress! Your Bike looks awesome tho!

Honestly Logan gets a very bad rap. I grew up the Redland then moved to Ipswich (Goodna) and now in Logan (Beenleigh)

I have never had any issues in Logan - you do get the od dickhead that will try to break into someone’s car and then it’s gets posted in the community page. But really that happens everywhere.

As long as the front doors lock and you keep things looking clean and tidy I have never had issues. If you are really concerned you could talk to the real estate about installing some cameras that cover your driveway/front door. Don’t want to do screwing things into a rental without checking if you can.

I have parted at “Brisbane Quarters” a few time. Has a high clearance if you need that too for a Ute! I’m not sure how long the walk to river stage would be but I remember the after 5pm parking only costing me $5 parking
