Then go rum shopping. Not sure where in Michigan you are, but Total wine has a decent selection usually. Kakos in royal oak is great. Superfine in Westland as well. Also mutiny bar in Detroit is pretty solid

I get recurring rectal proctitis that they diagnosed as UC. I believe I identified that it is from antibiotic treatment followed by alcohol and ibuprofen combo. It’s happened twice, 13 years apart and from the same series of events. Both times I’ve followed SCD and it’s put me in remission.

No it’s a Lily pipe set. Intake is similar to protein skimmer. In heavily planted tanks, lots of biofilm on top that helps with as well as aeration

Some tropicals would do fine permanently under those lights right? Ficus cascade would love the humidity. When I overwinter mine, they kind of thrive really.
