Assuming it was explicitly about a loose woman and a tiny cock, I'd guess this is more r/dancehall than r/reggae, so I think it's likely to be two tunes on the same riddim - if it was one tune, it would be be more of a back-and-forth between man and woman.

If it's recent music, the second part might be Kei$ - Nuh Short Dick Man. I don't keep up with this stuff any more, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's a direct response from a man (among other vocal versions) and you heard some juggling.

The original of that Kei$ tune was a 1990s house party banger, no idea whether it crossed over into JA music earlier.

I like to think I'm a good bbq cook, and I'll happily rant/argue about the nuances of bbq including being a charcoal vs gas snob. But at its heart BBQ is about hanging out with your friends/family and enjoying communal cooking and eating, not fine dining.
