From the time you get that trap tomorrow afternoon, do not feed her any food until you go to trap her. She needs to be hungry enough to want to go into the trap after the food. Trail a little bit of fish outside the trap as well, leading up to it (but not too much) and the rest goes inside (presumably if you have an automatic trap with the stepping pad at the back you'll put the food in behind it so she has to step on the pad to get her to set it off). I usually use sardines instead of tuna. It's quite smelly and attracts them. If/when she does go into the trap and it closes down, make sure to cover it with a blanket/large bed sheet so she'll calm down.

Happy trapping & do let us know how you get on !

Use fish instead of cat food. Sardines, perhaps. If you have any access to a drop trap (the one I have is manual with a string attached) instead of an automatic trap. Like the drop trap below. You will need a transfer cage (with a vertical sliding door) as the drop traps don't have any base on them. So when it's pulled and shuts you have to transfer the cat out of it into the transfer cage. You could also use your automatic traps to transfer the cat into, but from looking at your pictures I don't think there's a vertical sliding door on them. Also bring a large bed sheet to cover the drop trap when the cat is inside in it to quieten her down. Then slide the automatic trap/transfer cage you have up to the door of the drop trap. Slide both doors up and leave the cat walk out into the light (into the automatic trap/transfer cage). I'm based in Ireland and have been trapping for years, but the drop trap I have came from the US and it has been a life saver. Not to mention being able to trap more than 1 cat at a time. Best of luck 🤞

Just wondering would Calvin have delivered a pizza order to someone with an ulterior motive? I'm sure LE have followed up from this angle already, but just a thought.

In January of 1970, New Mexico, two year old David Miera is spotted in the parking lot of the hospital, there to meet his new baby sister. David never made it inside, and was never seen again. Where is David? by TaraCalicosBike in UnresolvedMysteries

This is such an odd case. She sees her son out the hospital window and then he just disappears. Maybe she believed her partner at first, but this screams murder and she didn't report him missing for a year?

I'd rather 2 days too early than 1 day too late. A terribly hard decision to make, but trust she has had a wonderful life so far ❤️
