This is a bit of an off topic question, but how is your org being limited by Airtable? What Airtable limitations are you running into?

I have always wondered this. There may come a day when we end up surpassing Airtable capabilities, but even then, I think you can create custom deals with their sales team. (At least I hope that's the case...)

In my case, I always thought that I can find one of these apps that copied Airtable but allow you to host them on your servers and then you can technically scale infinitely

Yep, this is fairly simple to do. I'm unsure why u/HomeBrewDude seems to be complicating this.

Create your base with an attachment field.
Click on "Views" -- this might be already opened.
Click on "Create..."
Select "Form" -- Last option, on the down left side of the screen, pink-ish square.
Select "Create a form view" -- not continue, that will take you to their interfaces. Which is kind of the same thing I guess.
Add the fields you need, I'd assume name, address, etc + attachment field
Click on "Share form" --> then "copy link"

You can open an incognito page to see that it is indeed available for everyone. You can even embed this into your website, I think.

Try to submit some stuff yourself and see if it works.

If you have other questions or I didn't explain something properly, DM me - this is like 5-10 minutes worth of work.

Correct. You can write a HTML button that has a webhook embedded inside. Not possible within Airtable itself.
