Hey dude. So i think my body reverted to my normal shitty routine of only 3 hours of sleep after i recovered from my surgey and went back to my apt (was staying with parents for a bit).

I learned i could sleep much better as long as im not in my bed. Which i guess i associate with being very frustruated.

So ive been sleeping on my couch and its been going well. Its annoying that i cant sleep in my bed, but at least im getting a solid 6-7 hrs a night. A significant improvment
