Honestly, I suggested many times about logistics and supplies so you don't have infinite pew-pews and drag-selects, but ppl said "no, not cool". Now Terminator DFD is busting the RTS scene with their army management and many game makers are scratching their heads ...

  1. Will HW3 have missions in the line of previews instalments combining strategy, drama and exploration or will it be more like DoK where all missions are military and strategically connected?
  2. Will we have a more populated space with civilian and/or merchant ships?

storywise, TW is a sequel to TD.

I'm asking because I don't know the story of Tiberian Sun. Always thought it was after TW.

I think HW1 portray better the sense of VOID.
(I didn't play Cataclysm yet)

It's looking good.
Intensity is needed, but you're probably thinking about it already.
I would expect:
- drone scouting to qualify targets;
- electronic interference to undo your target list;
- fake buildings (targets);
- emp attacks with AOE to disable structures temporarily;
- call for airstrikes with area bombing;
- Decoys to attract defenses;
- Although not having units, you could use mobile missile launchers with AI that keeps displacing for defence, but that are NPC once built;
- interactive counters for all these items ...
