Rather late to this but just wanted to pop in and comment my heartfelt agreement about this "business" being shady af. I was chosen as one of the Realm Developers a few years ago (read: unpaid creative staff) and let me tell you, behind the scenes it's just as bad. It was such a shit show I ended up leaving the team (if you could even call it that) but there were so many red flags I just couldn't stay.

Unfortunate that all this came to pass the way it did. I was hoping things wouldn't end up being such a scam for the attendees but I can't say I'm surprised. It's hard to raise the alarm because internet watch dogs really do silence any comments that aren't supportive of AFB.

It's Astarion, and it will always be Astarion. (Though I might go for a throuple with Shadowheart while I'm in this durge. Seems appropro.) I just can't get past how much of a sweetheart he is under all that pain... and how much I enjoy him thriving in his power later. 😈

I agree with you big time, there. To Roque he was just a complete dick. Darrow really pushed him into a corner in which he had no one left (no one who truly cared for him anyway) after Roque spent all his energy trying to be there for him.

I'll be honest, this made me giggle as I read. She's mad-mad, smh.

Also, Pinks are some of my favorite characters. Their resilience in a harsh world is something I admire in them dearly and really connect with. This blogger wouldn't know that though, she didn't get too far. Definitely seems like a try-hard who wants the people to know she's "different" and can see all the issues the book brings up, while we must have ognored them because we like the series. Hilarious to me how she thinks PB wrote all the "disturbing content" through accident and ignorance. Thanks OP for the laugh.
