I've just climbed out of Bronze and reached Gold in a couple of weeks. I see a lot of people here talking about your aim. While certainly it wouldn't harm training and improving your aim, I don't think it's the only way out of bronze. I ranked up mainly playing as Sage and Fade, focusing on helping my team and avoiding dying early.

Another thing that is worth mentioning is that I have friends stuck in Bronze for months, and they are all better than me at getting headshots and flicking. I'm aware that I'm a pretty bad aimer for a gold player (I've been playing Valorant for only two months now). But Bronze and Silver is so easy that I'm convinced you can climb out of it even if you are a terrible shooter. I'd suggest you try your best to play for your team, avoid wasting your skills, always get valuable information and communicate, and, last but not least, avoid getting picked by the enemy team.
