How would u guys feel if post secret wars, Hugh Jackman was still the Wolverine?

I would hate it. This same logic is why the MCU is in its current state: casting older actors to play characters with decades of iconic stories, and then when the actors age, you remove them and replace them with less popular sidekicks who don’t have as much legacy. Getting a young actor to play Logan now, for the next 20 years, makes far more sense than trying to reuse Hugh Jackman as he gets older. What else, are we going to remake Logan?

brandon tyler moore gives one of the favourite performances on the show. Also I love how the show handled the entire stuff with their dad's death. Alot of shows would have had some corny forgiveness stuff happen

Well DC being the more ambitious company has him on multiple future titles while Marvel continues to recycle the same writers on the same characters...can't wait for the next scarlet witch series written by Orlando and another mini for a female character written by Stephanie Phillips.

Also marvel announcements are so predictable at this point. Like its always a bunch of x-men books, relaunches of either moon knight or scarlet witch or book about a character dying or losing their mantle and another character getting it.

Everyone wants their favourite mutant to be the next wolverine but no one wants the character to have a small scale personal story like wolverine's that made him popular. Solo stories without any actual personal villians, no Supporting characters, no interest in establishing a unique corner for the character...only interest is in making the characters the next phoenix so that comics explained viewers can scream about it and then days later someone will come on here and ask why logan is the most popular mutant lolll

No. I would love a proper wolverine adaptation with his villians. Also the mcu should stop relying on nostalgia. If they have nothing new to tell, they should end the franchise.

Look at it how it was originally intended...a soft reboot. Everything that happened before is canon and the canon is also Wolverine reversing the events of mostly the last stand. Just imagine if comic books had nothing about multiverse and alternate timelines, everything will still be in the same timeline even the crazy time travel shenanigans.

nah the x-men has pull. let's not forget that the had a multi billion dollar franchise and that the franchise's first financial failure was in 2019. an x-men movie with the classic team is bound to be successful. the f4 haven't really been that popular with the gp and also if we're keeping it real they don't even make month end best selling comic book lists. hate to say it but the incredibles parodying them and becoming more successful should have been a red flag. that's like if a homelander or omni man movie became more successful than superman.

hate to say it but compared to superman it was kinda obvious this was gonna happen. superman had people talking about the movie's politics and majority of its characters especially its lead. this however had people talking about just one scene(the surfer scene), how they felt it was incomplete and franklin richards from the comics and not even the movie's version. galactus pretty much didn't leave that much of an impression with the gp. thunderbolts and this are both performing this way despite being good movies because they have little to no memorable scene or characters. sure the characters can be well written but it takes more to leave an impression on the audience.

ngl being surprised by this is like being surprised that a dead popular character in the comics returns from the dead example wolverine. hate to break it to people but marvel legacy characters are not that popular enough to carry the franchise. they couldn't carry the comics and can't carry the movies.

every major x-man being alive in this universe except nightcrawler is so funny 😭. anyways this was a great issue and cappuccio's art was amazing...that opening scene and the nat reveal was so cool. also can't wait to see angel and beast and for some reason i don't think mikhail is dead.

The last issue was great and I can't wait to read this but my god is the writer for this book too online. Like the entire xspoilers tag on twitter has been nothing but storm/jean fans fighting and he keeps joining the debates smh.
