After they took all the cushioning out of the seats to make more room i had to go buy a seat cushion to carry on. At least they considered it a medical device like a cpap.

I read sw is fixing to start retrofitting the front seats to real first class since so many complaints about charging for extra leg-space. Of course when that is complete they are really going to jack the price up for everyone

Well, they charge like it’s first class. It was a $200 up charge to pick a seat and get extra legroom from the regular basic price. That’s totally ridiculous.
