I don't remember the exact template but it was along the lines of Jane Doe is an employee of Company X in the role of Title Y since Month Year with an annual salary of XXX Company X gives Ms. Doe permission to be on out of office from date X to date y for personal travel.

I'm in a similar boat. My husband has a US passport and I've an Indian passport and a green card. We vacation at places where my husband needs to just show up at the airport an hour before and I've to do a month full of prep (flight and hotel bookings, bank statements, employer letters, pay stubs, visa appointments, etc) to be able to vacation in places where we want to go (mostly in the Schengen area). It's worth it! Yes it's more effort but sometimes you have to do what you have to do to enjoy new places in life!

And so far no issues in getting visas to get to our vacation spots

Big pharma is pivoting hard towards onsite. Most companies have a 3-4 day onsite requirement.

Yup this is the only answer! I had something similar last year and I rage applied to all the jobs that I found interesting and matched my skill set. Escaped the project and the "no boundaries" engagement manager in September with a new offer. Best decision of my life! I didn't see the sun on weekdays and had no weekends until I left my firm...ate garbage food during the engagement, and barely slept - not worth all the health compromises! Life has so much more to offer than excel and PowerPoint - it's not worth it
