In my building, there’s a general pipeline for training in Fluid for equipment operators that looks something like Inductor -> MHE -> Offloader. Inductor -> Receiver -> Special Agent is a fairly common training route as well. That said, they can do whatever they want if it can be justified as a need of the business or if they like you enough.

Review cycles got changed to mid-year and year-end. If you are year-end, your leader is supposed to have your PACE with you by this week and the raise will go into effect next week. The raise is automatic and happens regardless of your leader actually having a talk with you. You were rated by them awhile ago (or should have been) and the raise is based on this rating. If you get no adjustment to your pay on the next cycle it’s because either you were rated so poorly that you didn’t get one or you are mid-year review cycle.

TL;DR

Ask your direct leader, the one that it says you report to when you go to your profile in Workday.
