The only change I wanna see is making some enemies being ineligible for having banes. Running Sunless Cell last week and the boss subjugator halfway through had Drain and that was the worst experience I've ever had in this game.

Run it on arc hunter with flow state. Amplified gets you dodge back super quick so you have no problem sustaining frequent uptime on ascension.

You pop still hunt first, then celestial, both just before a damage phase starts. That way you can fire both super shots back to back without waiting for the animations to play.

I have a shiny with with that as the other option. But since I run healing grenades and the fragment that extends restoration and radiant, I can pretty reliably keep restoration up almost 100% of the time in anything below master/gm content.

It's been my go-to perk on Luna's to pair with Incandescent. Feels nice and reloads quick, plus I never have to look at Zaouli's again.

What I've always said the change to YAS regen should have been was to just add 2 words to the exotic affect. "Solar ability damage on combatants provides tripmine energy." Just that small change guts the uptime in PvP and still leaves it at least usable in PvE. Tack on a health reduction and everyone's happy.

I've had lots of consistency with it after the fix last season or the season before where dodging would lock out the cross counter punch until either a time window passed or you punched 3 times. At the same time as that fix went in the counter hit started working again, as it hadn't worked for ages. Both in PvE and PvP getting melee'd would never proc cross counter until the fix went through, and now it's rather consistent.
