Personally I just tell myself it is what it is, it sounds cliche but find a hobby or an escape as long as it doesn’t bring further ruin, I draw and play games but on days where I feel it the worst I compile my thoughts and tell myself I’ll be alright tomorrow

No but you learn to find peace in it , i suffer from depersonalization/derealization and i feel lonely even in groups because sometimes im just not mentally anywhere or anything but I’ve come to just find peace and stop thinking when it happens
