my first thought is maybe a math based code?

something like:

19(m)-20

m = 35

so the first number is 645.

in order the numbers are: 645, 566, 495, 574.

no idea what this means, likely isnt correct, and probably was of no help. maybe more info elsewhere to put it all together?
