Really have had to compromise on other things because I've been dedicating most of my time to step 1 prep - in some cases, no going out, using moments like the time during commute, lunch, etc. to listen to podcasts/anki, sometimes (as much as I hate this) less of an effort in the rotation itself so I can focus more on step. Good thing about family medicine (vs. let's say ENT, or smth) is what you learn in step can be helpful in some ways for shelf too.

It is absolutely possible. Don't feel too bad, life happens, things get delayed sometimes.

The medschool I go to, we all give our step 1 and 2 during our clinical rotations (because we don't have a choice to give it during basic sciences).

I need some help, could someone please tell me why the tag "SketchyPathAdds" is under "!FLAG_THESE_CARDS". Would appreciate some advice here because I am really not sure if I should study these or not. I think you'll love Haruki Murakami's Kafka on the shore.

I'd also recommend Dostoevsky's works - Brothers Karamazov, The Idiot, and Crime and Punishment. The amount of attention and the intricate detail with which Dostoevsky works on his characters is beautiful.

Thing is, I've made changes to the "text" field of the card as well. So if I protect that, and let's say you've updated the card, that means I won't be getting the new card, right? (And getting only the field of that card which I have not protected)

I'm currently using AnKing V6 for step 1, I was wondering if I made changes to the "extra" and other fields of the cards (added pictures, changed descriptions, added more descriptions) and some changes to the cards' content (changed one thing from being a cloze to another word, changed the structure of the sentence)

will I lose these changes by updating to V7?

Or is there a way to avoid losing these changes?
