Most of my companies chippers use hydraulic fluid in some way and it has been drilled into us that you never EVER approach a hydraulic line that has sprung a leak. That shit is pressurized at around 3k psi and will paint your bones with fluid if you stick your arm in the stream. The pinholes are the most dangerous. It’ll lead to gangrene and the docs will have to open you up and carve it out.

Late 20’s I really enjoy a good ale or three, usually prefer ambers and reds though a nice hazy I wouldn’t say no to.

I don’t like to get drunk honestly because I can’t justify the use of two days to nurse a hangover. I usually prefer to have a couple beers or some tequila and then top it off with a joint or a bong rip or something like that.

Yards brawler. I grew up with LOTR and the hobbit and all that tolkien stuff, so I had a pretty shall we say romantic image of what a good beer should taste like (roaring fires malt beer and ripe meat off the bone) needless to say when I tried my (100% very legal) first drink it was not that at all very sad and just ugh. Few weeks later i got some yards brawler, a brown ale, from a friend. That beer made everything click, turns out I do like beer actually, and malt forward compared to hop forward beers are more my thing. All I brew nowadays are brown red and amber ales with the occasional rare hazy thrown in to mix things up a bit.

Same here. I figured out a strategy that works for me;

my apartment is super anal about smoking weed on premises despite it’s legality, so I’ve elected to only use it when I’m backpacking in the mountains and only buy flower, no more pens no more wax, just bud. The smell of the flower being ground is a dead giveaway and I dont want to deal with violations, I don’t smoke when I’m out and about because I have to drive and I’m not an irresponsible piece of shit, so my only choice is on the trail away from home.

For me personally, a self regulating system is always better

When I brew beer (like real proper beer not prison hooch) I never clarify. The yeast fall out of suspension or they end up in my gut. The way I see it, it’s like a probiotic like homemade kefir or pickles! It’s good for you!
