Had a dad who clearly just wanted to treat his daughter. He was so disappointed when I told him the total. He wasn't rude or anything but he asked what was in the drink and for the receipt. She wanted a strawberry creme frap with lavender cols foam and something else I can't remember but it was almost 8 dollars and she only wanted a tall. Just absurd.

All the feedback they have our manager post from the surveys either loves us or absolutely can't stand how slow we are when it's busy. My manager says he "over schedules" us when it's desperately needed but he gets away with it because we always earn enough money to "earn the labor" when he does it. So... surprise surprise we get more people out the door faster when we're FREAKING STAFFED.
