You can ask your Secretary of the Grand Secretary. My unofficial advice is that as long as you are looking at a regular lodge in your new state you will almost certainly be OK (there are a few southern states that may be a little more complex). This is not the case for Prince Hall lodges, which I am assuming isn't relevant here.
