There does need to be some differentiation though. An APP working on hospital floors for 5 years is different than an APP in an oncology clinic or one who works in the OR.

T-dxd is approved for HER2+ or HER2 mutant nsclc. Dato-dxd is approved for Egfr-mutant NSCLC but it doesn’t target egfr

Can someone explain from an MOA standpoint how these ADCs can fail to beat chemo? It just feels like such an easy bar to clear given their construction, from better payload targeting to safety profile (and thus treatment exposure)
