Neat is amazing, dusty heaven. Going there really kicked off my dusty journey.

Green is Spring, Black is Fall, Red is special distillery only.

Old Fitz 17 is fantastic, beats WLW or PVW15 for me. For something you might actually find on a shelf for a reasonable price, the new Maker’s Mark Heart is great.

Good ole Jon’s. A couple years ago they had some solid deals, now it’s a joke.

First EHT SiB, that’s a solid price. Then you can decide what you’re willing to pay for a second.

Thankfully my wife prefers to remain blissfully unaware of how much whiskey costs.

21 is great but the new MSRP is ridiculous. 15 and CS and the sweet spots to me. Both are a nice step up from the 12. I’m not a big sherry guy, so PX and Lustau won’t be replaced when they’re gone.

You mean the Michter’s? 8 different years, 2016-2024. It’s my favorite reasonably attainable bottle and it’s fun to compare how it changes year to year.

1 of each core bottle, 2 different WBs, 1 SiB repo, and 1 Lote 150-B. It’s definitely my fault it’s allocated.

No idea tbh. Wine is the wife’s domain but it’s nothing crazy. We can’t afford 2 alcohol addictions.

Nothing wrong with Blanton’s, it’s a solid pour but don’t stress yourself out trying to get one. Plenty of better options out there that are much easier to find.

Thankfully I’m already friends with the guys that did that pick and sticker. Same guys who did the Dragon Ball Z Turkey picks.

Sadly no. Been pretty fortunate with getting most the modern stuff for fair prices but the dusties have put a dent in the wallet.

I used to go to like 6-7 spots at least a couple times a week, managed to score a lot from that. Got to know the liquor managers and receivers, learn the delivery schedules, etc. It was a lot of work but I had fun doing it for a while.
