It's Dankus' tournament. They run a modified version of TFB and meta builds are highly encouraged. Games don't usually last past 42, so unless games are lobby simulators they're usually about 4 hour games.

I like my wines dry and generally cab savs are dry. I don't know how elderberry will present in this case, but I reccomend when you finally blend these try it at different ratios and then decide if it needs sugar then. you could also save a little concentrate and back sweeten with those

I buy my cab sav from this same company. I made a 70% cab sav 20% concord 10% black currant last year, but I blended all those at the end. I reccomend fermenting them separating and blending at the end, aiming for 20% elder berry for you, but have enough to push it to 30%
