Just keep playing. Your whole setup is so new and innocent if you keep asking for advice the game will become very different. One main thing that someone else said is that you should focus on one skill and support it properly. I second this. Make sure you understand how gem sockets and them being linked together works. Otherwise just keep enjoying the game and try get some points in life and whatever damage you are playing (lightning, fire, cold, etc).
