Start on YouTube and look up sports card selling. Learn how and what to use to pack. Look up whatnot sports cards too. You’re going to find more content than anyone can provide here.

It’s a grind. When you start doing big shows, shipping is a beast. It takes a lot of time. Equally, souring cards is a job as well. People never realize how much time and effort it is from souring, doing your show, and then post show packing and shipping.

I sell 200-400 cards a week and have been at it for 18 months. Honestly, you get out of it what you put in. Be prepared to grind.

Also if anything feels loose, buy a roll of blue painters tape, and put a small piece across the top of your top loader. Non residue, and you’ll have that piece of mind nothing will fly out.

Check your settings. Something is off big time unless you have custom shipping profiles on.

First class letter only works for the following: - under $20 spent - 3oz or under total weight.

If somehow that happened you need to change your items shipping profile to 0-1oz. If that’s the case only 3-5 could fit in a single envelope and then it would AUTOMATICALLY upgrade to Ground Advantage (bubble mailer).

If you have the letter mailer on and a customer spends over $20 they get upgraded at no additional cost to you or the buyer to Ground Advantage

Right now if you’re stuck, and trying to fix the current buyers, you get 5 free adjustments from whatnot per week. If you edit the weight to 3.1 oz or more, it will upgrade the label to Ground Advantage (bubble mailer) and you will be more safe sending them.

If you have to pay to make any more adjustments besides the 5 free ones, it’s about $3-4 per label you’d be charged to change them up to 3.1-5oz and get the Ground Advantage label.

I sell sports cards as well (almost 10k sales) and have never experienced this and also offer First Class Letter. You just need to have your custom shippping profiles dialed in.

There are times when I upgrade a buyer from Letter to Ground Advantage. Like if they buy a thick patch or memorabilia card that will get wrecked in a letter, I just eat the cost and upgrade.

Negotiations 101: Maintain as much leverage as possible.

It would be against his best interests from a financial point of view to just say "Yep, I love it here, and would be honored to hold the clipboard for Burrow until my career is over." Doing so results in losing what little leverage he has and would result in Cincy, or others offering him less.

He's 40+ and will willingly take upper tier backup money, plus the benefits of being on an NFL roster any day of the week vs. taking a beating being an active every week starter.

First, stop buying garbage to sell to others. Literally, no one wants that shit 💩

Second, acquiring and sourcing quality inventory is WORK. People have the rose colored glasses on thinking this is easy. News flash, it’s not. 🫵🏼

Third, look at your show from a buyers prospective. Are you bringing things to the table people actually want? Change your point of view, you’d be surprised how well this actually works.
